Please note that certain limited edition merchandise and beauty products may be final sale due to hygiene and exclusivity.

Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
